We are exceptionally proud that we were the first British ice cream makers to launch Salted Caramel ice cream.
Our signature scoop has become a firm favourite with Jude's fans. For example, Nelly B wrote: "Eaten a heck of a lot of ice cream in my time. This might well be the champ!" Thank you very much Nelly.
It all started when Alex (Jude's son) came back from his holiday in France having tried something similar and said, "We absolutely must make Salted Caramel!" Salt was still a dirty word back then, but we pressed ahead and were blown away by the spectacular taste of our trial batches. Soon after we launched Jude's Salted Caramel ice cream, and it is now so popular that it is our best seller nationwide.
