We work closely with farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and treading lightly on the planet. From single estate Colombian cacao to Madagascan bourbon vanilla, and fresh milk and cream from a local Hampshire dairy, every ingredient we use is thoughtfully sourced and chosen for its exceptional flavour.
It all started over 20 years ago by Jude and Theo in their small Hampshire barn. They loved a scoop or two of the good stuff and had often talked about making something with their own two hands; a real product for real people. What began with selling tubs to local pubs soon grew into something bigger.
Today, Jude’s remains a family business. Our ice cream now proudly sits on the menus of top chefs across the country, but it continues to be made with the same care, joy, and dedication that started it all.
