We’re passionate about pushing boundaries and creating exciting new flavours. From our bold Black Coconut to the refreshing Rhubarb & Elderflower, we’ve crafted thousands of recipes over the years! Back in 2010, we were proud to introduce the iconic salted caramel to the UK. Now, we've expanded with a chef's range of plant-based flavours to meet the growing demand for delicious, plant-based alternatives.
We work closely with farmers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality and treading lightly on the planet. From single estate Colombian cacao to Madagascan bourbon vanilla, and fresh milk and cream from a local Hampshire dairy, every ingredient we use is thoughtfully sourced and chosen for its exceptional flavour.
We’re all about crafting the most delicious ice cream while treading as lightly as possible on our planet. Since 2020, we’ve reduced our carbon footprint per litre by 23% since our 2020 baseline- and as a proud B Corp, we’re always striving to go further. Our packaging is not only fully recyclable but so handy that chefs love reusing the tubs for everything from storing soups to chocolate chips before recycling them!
