METHOD
Heat a small frying pan over a medium heat and toast the coconut shavings. Fry for 1-2 mins until the edges begin to brown. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Put the frozen bananas, frozen papaya and orange juice in a blender and blitz to a thick, smooth consistency, scraping down the sides with a spoon if necessary. Stir through lime juice to taste.
Pour the smoothie between two bowls and decorate with sliced kiwi, frozen raspberries, mango slices and the lime zest. Sprinkle over the toasted coconut shavings. Eat immediately.
